Shelley Kitchener
Nail Services Tutor
Shelley joined us right at the very beginning back in 2018 as our lead Nail Technology and Nail Services lecturer. After changing career to focus on all things nails Shelley created both a successful following on social media, an established presents as administrator and education manager for Nail Tech Network and received multiple award nominations. The skills and knowledge she brings to the business is outstanding and she is an asset to the team.
Sara Walker
Nail Services and Makeup Artistry Lecturer
Sara joined our team in 2020 as our lecturer for both Nail Technology and Makeup Artistry, her passion is all things beauty and adores SFX and Fantasy body art. With knowledge and experience of both topics she gives the business a fresh approach on how we can give are learners the best experiences and ensure their learning is current and on trend. Sara also bring a wealth of advanced beauty knowledge to the business and we have big plans with Sara in the very near future...So watch this space!
Sarah Bate
Nail Services Lecturer
Sarah has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years and a beauty lecturer for the last 7. During this time Sarah has developed her knowledge within the industry and has expanded into the semi permanent makeup field focusing on brow microblading. The vast amount of knowledge that Sarah brings to the team is invaluable and we consider ourselves very lucky to have such a proficient and focused lecturer within our team.
Gemma Gardner
Managing Director
Gemma first entered the beauty industry back in 2005 before moving into the training sector as course coordinator for a private training provider in 2015. After developing her knowledge of the funding facility Gemma, along with the current board of directors decided to open New Future Training in 2018 to deliver a standard of education that would raise attainment, attendance, aspirations and engagement within the community and further afield.
